LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone!!!By Lori Hoffman
I can not recommend this phone highly enough. The keyboard is so easy to use - large keys with slight ridges so it's easy to use. The screen is large and so easy to read. I'm in my 40's and no as tech-savvy as I used to be, so there's many features I haven't touched on yet but my daughter currently has a Blackberry and keeps whining because she wants one of these now! ;) The only con that I see is the battery life, but it's probably not unlike most similar phones. This phone is a winner, don't hesitate to get it!

The worst phone I have ever ownedBy Razor X
I bought this phone about four months ago and it has been an absolute nightmare. It was fine for the first 30 days or so (the warranty period), but after that it began to freeze up constantly -- requiring me to take off the back and remove the battery to reboot. It would sometimes take multiple attempts to fix the problem. Eventually, the tabs that held the back on broke from being taken on and off so frequently. Other times, applications would just start launching themselves, emails would open themselves, as if the phone were being operated by someone else by remote control. Again, the only remedy was to take off the back and remove the battery. These were not infrequent occurrences.
The other day I even received a call, which I was unable to take at the time, but when I called back I found out that the person whose name had shown up on the screen was not the person who had called me. It was someone else in my address book (the next person alphabetically from the person whose name had displayed). More often than not this phone would not do what I wanted it to do -- or would do things I did NOT want it to do. I finally decided today that enough was enough and bought another model today.
One of the things that attracted me to this phone initially was the fact that it has a physical keyboard in addition to the touch screen keyboard. I'm not a big fan of touch screen keyboards because I always end up hitting the wrong key. My new phone does not have a physical keyboard, but the displays screen is a bit wider, which makes the touch keys a little larger and that has made all the difference in the world.
Stay away from the Flipside!!!

It's OK, but not greatBy Scott
I've had this phone for approximately five months and am not particularly crazy about it. Often, it becomes increasingly sensative for no particular reason. I find myself frequently having to lock and unlock the touchscreen to return it to normal. The battery life is horrible, especially when using the GPS function or leaving a game application open. If you decide to purchase this phone, make sure you carry the charger with you at all times. Also, I've noticed that the back of the phone sometimes overheats when playing certain games for an extended period of time. I'm not certain if it's a universal defect or just my particular phone. Otherwise, the phone looks nice, has great features, and is extremely scratch resistant in comparison to prior purchases.
